Pokladničný systém Olympia K200 PLUS — termotlačiareň, 10.000 PLU, LED displej

Olympia K200 PLUS is a compact cash register with direct thermal printing and support for up to 10,000 PLUs. It accepts 80 mm thermal paper and includes a 7" (17.8 cm) LED operator display. With dimensions of 337 mm (width) × 299 mm (depth) × 104 mm (height), this model is designed for small to medium retail and hospitality points of sale that require reliable receipt printing, basic sales recording and PLU management.

Advantages

The Olympia K200 PLUS provides fast direct thermal printing that removes the need for ink cartridges or ribbons, and supports a large PLU database of up to 10,000 items for detailed product management. Its 7" LED display gives clear on-device feedback for the operator while the compact footprint fits limited counter space. The unit’s support for 80 mm paper ensures commonly available consumables and straightforward roll replacement.

Suitable for

• Small retail shops and boutiques that need PLU-based sales tracking
• Cafés, food counters and small restaurants requiring quick receipt printing
• Market stalls or pop-up points of sale where a compact cash register is preferred
• Businesses that favor low-maintenance printers without ribbons or ink

When it may not be suitable

The Olympia K200 PLUS focuses on core register functions and direct thermal printing; it does not provide advanced POS features such as integrated touchscreen POS software, extensive network POS integration or multifunctional peripherals. For enterprises that require full POS systems with inventory management, cloud reporting or integrated card processing, a more feature-rich solution may be preferable.

Key specifications

• Print technology: direct thermal printing
• Supported paper width: 80 mm
• Operator display: LED, 7" (17.8 cm) diagonal
• PLU capacity: up to 10,000 PLUs
• Physical dimensions (W×D×H): 337 × 299 × 104 mm

How to use

Load an 80 mm roll of thermal paper into the printer compartment according to the paper feed direction marked inside the unit. Program PLUs and tax rates via the register’s setup menus following the user manual; assign item names, prices and departments as required for daily operation. Use the front keys or built-in interface to ring sales, apply discounts and print receipts. Replace paper rolls and perform routine cleaning to maintain reliable direct thermal print quality.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm 80 mm thermal paper availability and your expected receipt length to estimate paper consumption
• Determine whether 10,000 PLUs meet your product catalog and future growth plans
• Check whether you need additional POS features (networking, card processing, cloud reporting) that this register does not provide
• Verify counter space dimensions to ensure the unit’s footprint fits your checkout area

Recommendations

Use genuine high-quality 80 mm thermal paper to maximise print longevity and reduce smudging. Regularly back up PLU and configuration settings where the device or your workflow allows, and keep the print head and paper path free of dust to maintain optimal printing performance.
