How to use

Install the worktop according to the Alfa Forni station layout and mounting instructions so the surface aligns properly with cooking equipment. Use the Corian top as a dedicated food-preparation area for kneading, shaping and assembling products. After each shift or task, clean the surface with a mild, food-safe detergent and warm water; rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. For tougher residues, follow Corian manufacturer guidance for approved cleaners and non-abrasive tools.

Recommendations

Avoid placing hot pans directly on the Corian surface; use heat pads or trivets to prevent thermal damage. Do not cut directly on the worktop—use a cutting board to protect the finish. Regularly clean and promptly remove spills to maintain hygiene and prolong the worktop’s service life.
