Predlžovací kábel WLAN Capture CA-LMR240-5M-SMAMALE, 5 m, konektor samec SMA, čierny

Capture CA-LMR240-5M-SMAMALE is a 5-meter WLAN extension cable with SMA male connectors in black. The cable uses an LMR240-type coaxial construction to offer a flexible, low-loss connection for extending or repositioning wireless antennas and equipment where direct mounting of the antenna is not practical. The product is intended for use with devices that have SMA antenna ports and requires a cable length of approximately 5 m to reach the optimal antenna location.

Advantages

The cable provides a simple way to separate an antenna from the host device while maintaining consistent RF performance over the 5 m length. SMA male connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with common router, access point and modem antenna ports. The LMR240-type coaxial design reduces signal attenuation compared with lower-grade leads of similar length, and the black jacket offers discreet installation in residential or professional environments.

Suitable for

• Extending or relocating external antennas for routers, access points and modems
• Connecting external antennas to wireless gateways and client devices with SMA ports
• Temporary or permanent installations where the antenna must be positioned away from the main device
• Indoor or sheltered outdoor routing where a 5 m lead is required

Key specifications

• Cable type: LMR240-style coaxial
• Length: 5 m
• Connector type: SMA male to SMA male
• Color: Black outer jacket
• Application: WLAN / RF antenna extension

How to use

Connect one SMA male connector to the antenna port of the wireless device and the other SMA male connector to the external antenna or adapter. Ensure connectors are threaded and tightened by hand until secure; avoid over-tightening with tools to prevent damage to connector threads. Route the cable to minimize sharp bends and maintain a gentle bend radius consistent with LMR240 cable handling recommendations. Verify RF connection and device operation after installation.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable length as short as practical for the installation, avoid running parallel to power cables for long distances, and protect exposed cable runs from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. If the installation is outdoors or in damp conditions, use appropriate weatherproofing at connector interfaces and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors.
