Prenosná elektrárnička EcoFlow RIVER 3 UPS — LiFePO4 245 Wh, 300 W, 1 AC zásuvka, USB-A, USB-C, AC/solárny/DC vstup

EcoFlow RIVER 3 UPS is a compact portable power station with a 245 Wh LiFePO4 battery and 300 W rated AC output. It supports AC, solar and DC (car) charging, provides one AC outlet plus USB‑A and USB‑C ports, and is designed for UPS functionality, outdoor use and emergency backup. The unit combines a small footprint with efficient GaN-based electronics to extend runtime for low-wattage devices while remaining quiet and durable.

Advantages

RIVER 3 uses X-GaNPower and X-Boost technologies to deliver improved energy efficiency and the ability to power higher-wattage appliances when needed. It charges rapidly via X-Stream, accepts multiple input sources including solar and vehicle DC, and operates at very low noise levels (<30 dB at 0.5 m). The enclosure is water- and drop-resistant with fire-retardant materials, and LiFePO4 cells provide long cycle life.

Suitable for

• Charging phones, laptops, tablets and small electronics
• Powering low-wattage appliances (lights, routers, small fans) for extended periods
• Short-term backup for essential home devices during outages
• Portable power for camping, road trips and outdoor activities
• Use as a near-instant UPS for sensitive equipment

When it may not be suitable

The RIVER 3 is not intended as a primary power source for large appliances or sustained heavy loads; its rated continuous output is 300 W (X-Boost up to 600 W for short bursts) and it is best for devices within that range. For long-duration power needs or continuous high-power equipment, a larger capacity power station would be more appropriate.

Key specifications

• Battery type and capacity: LiFePO4, 245 Wh
• Rated AC output: 300 W; X-Boost peak capability up to 600 W
• Number of simultaneous devices: up to 5
• Fast charging: 1-hour AC fast charge (X-Stream)
• Solar input: up to 110 W (supports portable 45 W Type-C panel)
• DC/car charging: supported via 12 V input
• UPS switchover time: <20 ms (typical)
• Noise level: <30 dB at 0.5 m
• Cycle life: ~3000 cycles to 80% capacity (≈10 years typical use)
• Ingress protection: IP54 for the battery pack
• Physical: weight 3.55 kg, colour: black

How to use

Charge the unit before first use using AC, solar or car input according to available sources. Connect appliances to the AC outlet or USB ports; monitor remaining capacity on the built-in display or via Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi control. For UPS functionality, plug the RIVER 3 into the designated AC input of the device to achieve automatic switchover in case of an outage. When charging from solar, ensure correct panel orientation and compatible output; when charging in a vehicle use the appropriate DC input while the engine is running.

What to consider before purchase

• Required runtime and power: match your devices to the 300 W continuous output and 245 Wh capacity
• Need for UPS function: ensure <20 ms switchover meets your equipment needs
• Charging options: verify you have access to AC, solar or vehicle charging when needed
• Portability vs capacity: 3.55 kg weight and compact size trade off against total energy stored
• Environmental resistance: IP54 protects the battery but the unit is not fully submersible

Recommendations

For best results, charge RIVER 3 via AC before trips and use solar or car charging to top up in the field. Keep mobile devices and low-wattage appliances connected to maximize the efficient runtime advantage provided by X-GaNPower, and avoid prolonged operation of heavy loads near or above the rated continuous output.
