Key specifications

• Portable outdoor oven form factor with compact footprint
• Fast heating capability for short preheat times
• Cooking chamber sized for individual and small-group pizzas
• Durable outer finish suitable for outdoor use
• Designed for use with wood or compatible fuel to achieve wood-fired baking characteristics

How to use

Position the oven on a stable, heat-resistant surface outdoors and ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Assemble and secure any transport fittings or legs according to the manufacturer instructions. Start a small fire using suitable fuel and allow the oven to reach the required cooking temperature before placing food inside. Use a pizza peel or heat-resistant tools to insert and rotate pizzas and other baked items for even cooking. After use, allow the oven to cool completely before moving or storing.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the oven until the internal cooking surface is hot and maintain a steady fuel supply to preserve temperature. Use a metal or wooden peel to handle pizzas safely and rotate the pizza periodically to ensure even browning. Store the oven in a dry location and follow local regulations for outdoor open-flame cooking.
