agipa 115497 shipping labels measure 140 x 40 mm and are supplied as yellow self-adhesive rolls intended for marking parcels and shipments. The bright yellow surface provides high contrast for printed addresses, barcodes and handling instructions, improving visibility during sorting and delivery. These labels are compatible with many thermal transfer and direct thermal printers as well as with manual handwriting, making them suitable for office and warehouse environments where clear parcel identification is required.

Advantages

The yellow adhesive roll format offers continuous label supply that reduces downtime from frequent reloading. The 140 x 40 mm size provides a large printable area for addresses, barcodes and short handling notes while remaining compact enough for most parcel surfaces. The self-adhesive backing ensures quick application and secure attachment to standard cardboard and plastic packaging. A bright color enhances visual detection on conveyor belts and sorting lines, helping to reduce misrouting and speed up processing.

How to use

Load the roll into a compatible label printer following the printer manufacturer’s instructions, aligning the label edges for correct feed and print registration. Configure print settings for the 140 x 40 mm label size and select appropriate print mode for the chosen printer type (thermal transfer, direct thermal or standard printer). For manual application, peel labels from the roll and press firmly onto clean, dry surfaces. Ensure labels are applied to smooth areas of the parcel to maintain adhesion and barcode readability.

Recommendations

Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive performance and print quality. Test a small batch with your printer and adhesive surface to confirm compatibility and print contrast before high-volume use. For long-term barcode readability, avoid applying labels over seams or heavily textured surfaces.
