Pressol PRELIxx modrá ručná mazacia lis na 400 g kartuše, M10x1 výstup s odvzdušňovacím ventilom 14203 341

Lubricating machinery in tight or remote locations can be a messy, time-consuming struggle with inferior grease guns that leak, clog, or fail to build pressure. The Pressol PRELIxx hand lever grease gun eliminates those frustrations with a robust steel barrel, precision piston, and a high-pressure delivery system that pushes grease exactly where it's needed—up to 400 bar—without waste or downtime.

Who is it for

This manual grease gun is built for professional mechanics, agricultural technicians, industrial maintenance crews, and serious DIYers who demand reliable, high-volume lubrication. It's ideal for servicing bearings, joints, linkages, and fittings on vehicles, farm equipment, construction machinery, and industrial plant. If you use 400 g grease cartridges or bulk grease and need a dependable tool that works in all conditions, this is your solution.

Main features

• High-pressure performance: delivers up to 400 bar operating pressure (5800 psi) with a burst pressure of 800 bar, ensuring grease reaches even tight or clogged fittings.
• Versatile filling options: accepts standard 400 g DIN 1284 cartridges, bulk fill up to 500 cm³, or optional filler nipple for clean, fast refills.
• Precision piston with O-ring: minimizes grease bypass and ensures consistent delivery of 1.5 cm³ per stroke, reducing waste and effort.
• Integrated bleeding valve (PS Entlüftung): quickly purges air pockets after refilling, restoring full pressure and preventing erratic operation.
• Durable construction: steel barrel and impact-resistant plastic handle withstand harsh workshop environments and daily use.
• Complete hose and coupler: includes a 300 mm armoured hose with M10x1 threads and a 4-jaw hydraulic coupler for secure, leak-free connections.
• Ergonomic design: balanced lever action and comfortable grip reduce hand fatigue during extended lubrication tasks.

Tips

For best results, always bleed the gun after refilling to remove trapped air—simply press the bleeding valve until grease appears. Use only greases up to NLGI 2 consistency to avoid overloading the mechanism. When using bulk grease, fill carefully to prevent air pockets, and store the gun upright to keep the piston primed. Regularly inspect the hose and coupler for wear and replace if damaged to maintain leak-free operation.
