Prírubová matica Metabo 630832000

The Metabo 630832000 flange nut is an accessory designed for Metabo angle grinders. It provides a secure connection between the grinder spindle and grinding or cutting discs through a robust M14 threaded interface. Engineered for regular workshop and jobsite use, the flange nut supports safe attachment and quick replacement of abrasive discs, maintaining correct centring and clamping force required during operation.

Advantages

The flange nut offers durable construction that resists wear from repeated tightening and high rotational loads. Its M14 thread ensures compatibility with a wide range of standard discs and wheels used on Metabo grinders. The part is simple to install and remove using standard spanners or the grinder’s locking mechanism, which helps reduce downtime when changing accessories. Consistent clamping reduces vibration and contributes to steady grinding performance.

Suitable for

• Attaching grinding discs to Metabo angle grinders with M14 spindle thread
• Securing cutting wheels and abrasive discs in metalworking and fabrication
• Replacement or spare part for maintenance on professional and hobby grinders
• Use where reliable clamping and disc centring are required

Key specifications

• Thread size: M14 (standard for many angle grinders)
• Material: corrosion-resistant metal construction designed for durability
• Compatibility: intended for use with Metabo angle grinders using M14 thread
• Function: secures and centres grinding and cutting discs on the spindle

How to use

Ensure the grinder is switched off and disconnected from power before replacing or installing the flange nut. Fit the disc onto the spindle, position the flange nut by hand on the M14 thread, then tighten using the appropriate spanner or the grinder’s spindle lock according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Do not overtighten beyond recommended torque to avoid damage to the disc or spindle. After installation, check that the disc spins freely without wobble before resuming work.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the flange nut for signs of wear, thread damage or corrosion and replace if any defects are found. Use only discs rated for the grinder’s maximum RPM and ensure the flange nut is suitable for the disc type. Follow Metabo safety instructions and wear appropriate personal protective equipment when changing discs.
