Príslušenstvo káblového žľabu Legrand CM801018 — sada upevňovacích skrutiek a matíc (MPN: CM801018)

Legrand CM801018 is a cable tray accessory composed of a mounting screw and nut set designed to secure tray components and mechanical connections in cable management installations. Supplied as a small hardware kit, this set is intended to provide reliable fastening for electrical and data cabling runs where compact, metal fasteners are required.

Advantages

The mounting screw and nut set offers corrosion-resistant metal fasteners in a lightweight package suitable for assembly and field installation. Its compact size and straightforward design simplify repetitive fastening tasks, and compatibility with standard tray fittings allows quick integration into existing cable tray systems. The small weight and minimal profile make it easy to transport and store alongside other installation materials.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This screw and nut set is intended for mechanical fastening within cable tray assemblies and may not be suitable for structural load-bearing applications or for fastening heavy equipment. It is not a replacement for specialized anchors or bolts designed for mounting heavy supports, machinery, or load-bearing railings. For environments requiring specific chemical resistance, high-temperature tolerance, or certified seismic anchoring, verify material suitability and compliance with local standards before use.

Key specifications

How to use

Align the cable tray components or accessory pieces to be joined, insert the mounting screw through the aligned holes, and thread the nut onto the screw until hand-tight. Use appropriate tools (such as a hex or socket driver) to apply the final torque recommended for the screw size and material; avoid over-tightening to prevent deformation of the tray or strip threads. Inspect the assembled joint to ensure the nut is seated and the connection is secure before completing cable routing.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

Use appropriate protective equipment while assembling cable trays. Store fasteners in a dry, labelled container to maintain corrosion protection and ease of inventory. For consistent installation quality, apply recommended torque values and perform periodic inspections of mechanical joints.
