PRODIG-TECH merací prístroj hrúbky laku GL-3S-UV s integrovanou UV lampou a LED baterkou

In a busy body shop, a technician runs the GL-3S-UV over a freshly painted fender, checking the clear coat depth before final polishing. This PRODIG-TECH gauge instantly identifies ferrous and non-ferrous substrates, delivering precise readings from 0 to 2000 µm on steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum. The integrated UV lamp reveals hidden imperfections while the LED flashlight illuminates dim wheel wells, making it a must-have for automotive paint inspection and industrial coating work.

The backlit display and one-handed operation make it easy to use in any position, and the generous memory lets you review measurements on the spot.

Ideal use cases

• Automotive paint inspection: verify clear coat and total paint thickness on body panels
• Industrial coating measurement: check powder coating, anodizing, or plating on metal parts
• Quality control in manufacturing: ensure compliance with coating specifications
• Used car evaluation: detect repainted areas or body filler
• Marine and aviation maintenance: inspect protective coatings on aluminum and steel
