Protiprachový filter 140 mm štvorcový DEMCiflex DF0689 biely/biely

DEMCiflex DF0689 is a 140 mm square dust filter designed for computer cooling fans and ventilation openings. The white-on-white filter combines a fine mesh and a rigid frame to reduce dust ingress while maintaining airflow for cooling components. It fits standard 140 mm square mounting patterns and is suitable for installation on fan intakes, case vents and other enclosures where particulate protection is required. The neutral white finish matches many system interiors and external panels without altering airflow dynamics.

Advantages

The DEMCiflex DF0689 offers effective dust capture with a low-profile, lightweight frame that does not significantly impede fan performance. Its washable construction allows repeated cleaning to extend service intervals and reduce the need for internal dusting. The filter’s square shape and standard dimensions make it compatible with a wide range of 140 mm fans and mounts, simplifying replacement or upgrade tasks.

Suitable for

• 140 mm PC fan intakes and exhausts
• Case ventilation openings and side panels
• External enclosures with 140 mm square vents
• Semi-permanent installations where washable filters are preferred

Key specifications

• Filter shape: square
• Nominal fit: 140 mm square mounting pattern
• Color: white frame with white filter media
• Construction: fine particulate mesh with supporting frame
• Maintenance: washable and reusable
• Airflow impact: low-resistance design for cooling fans

How to use

Install the DEMCiflex DF0689 over the 140 mm fan or vent opening so that the frame sits flush against the panel. Secure the filter using the existing fan screws, panel clips or adhesive strips as appropriate for your case or enclosure. Periodically remove the filter and rinse under running water or use compressed air to dislodge accumulated dust; allow it to dry completely before reinstalling to avoid moisture near electronic components.

Recommendations

For best results, inspect the filter every one to three months depending on ambient dust levels. Clean more frequently in dusty environments and replace the filter if the mesh shows signs of wear or deformation. Avoid harsh chemicals or high-temperature drying methods that could deform the frame or degrade the filter media.
