Protiprachový filter pre 480 mm radiátory DEMCiflex DF0068 čierny/čierny

DEMCiflex DF0068 is a magnetic dust filter sized for 480 mm computer radiators, finished in black on both sides. It is designed to attach to large multi-fan radiator assemblies and front panels to reduce dust ingress through radiator fins and fan intakes, helping to maintain consistent cooling performance in water-cooling loops and case airflow systems.

Advantages

The dual-sided black finish provides a uniform appearance on both intake and exhaust sides while the flexible filter media captures dust particles before they accumulate on fins and fans. Its magnetic attachment system allows tool-free installation and removal for cleaning, reducing maintenance time. By limiting dust buildup, the filter contributes to sustained thermal performance and can help extend the life of cooling components.

Suitable for

• 480 mm radiators with multi-fan arrangements
• PC cases with front or top mounts for large radiators
• Water-cooling loops where reduced dust accumulation is desired
• Systems requiring regular airflow maintenance reduction

Key specifications

• Form factor: filter panel compatible with 480 mm radiator assemblies
• Finish: black on both sides
• Attachment method: magnetic mounting for tool-free fixing
• Material: flexible filter fabric designed to trap dust while allowing airflow
• Compatibility: fits large multi-fan radiator layouts and matching case panels

How to use

Align the filter panel over the radiator or case vent area so the magnetic edges contact the metal frame for secure placement. Ensure the filter covers the full radiator surface or fan intakes to prevent unfiltered airflow paths. For cleaning, gently remove the panel by hand, shake out loose dust, and, if necessary, rinse with lukewarm water and allow to dry completely before reinstalling. Reattach the filter by placing it back into position so magnets engage with the mounting surface.

Recommendations

Inspect the filter every 2–6 weeks depending on ambient dust levels; more frequent checks are advised in dusty environments or high-uptime systems. Do not use detergents or high-pressure water during cleaning. Verify magnetic attachment stability after each reinstallation to ensure full coverage and consistent airflow through the radiator.
