Protiprachový filter DEMCiflex 120 mm okrúhly, čierny/biely pre skriňové ventilátory a vetracie otvory

Round 120 mm DEMCiflex dust filter in black and white finish, designed to fit standard 120 mm fan mounts and circular ventilation openings. The filter reduces dust ingress while maintaining airflow through fan intakes and exhausts. Its slim profile and flexible frame allow straightforward attachment to cases, small enclosures or ducting where a 120 mm circular filter is required. The mesh is washable and removable for routine maintenance.

Advantages

The DEMCiflex round filter offers a balance of dust protection and minimal airflow restriction, with a lightweight frame that conforms to common 120 mm mounting holes. Its two-color finish provides visual contrast for interior or exterior installations, and the washable mesh extends service life while simplifying periodic cleaning. The filter is compatible with typical fan screw mounts and can be used on flat surfaces with suitable fasteners or adhesive mounting options.

Suitable for

• 120 mm case fans (intake or exhaust)
• Small PC cases and server enclosures
• Ventilation openings in electronic housings and small ducts
• Custom builds and retrofits requiring a round 120 mm filter

Key specifications

• Outer shape: circular, designed for 120 mm mounting openings
• Finish: black and white frame
• Filter medium: fine washable mesh to capture dust particles
• Profile: low-profile, slim frame for limited clearance installations
• Mounting: compatible with standard 120 mm mounting holes and surface fastening

How to use

Align the filter with the 120 mm fan or circular vent opening and secure it using the same screws as the fan or appropriate fasteners for the surface. For adhesive or snap-mount installations, ensure the mounting surface is clean and dry before applying. Remove the filter periodically, rinse the mesh with water and let it dry completely before reinstalling to maintain optimal airflow and filtration performance.

Recommendations

Inspect the filter every 1–3 months depending on environment; more frequent checks are advised in dusty or high-traffic areas. Avoid using aggressive detergents or high-pressure cleaning to prevent damage to the mesh. If airflow is significantly reduced after cleaning, consider replacing the filter to restore proper ventilation.
