Protiprachový filter DEMCiflex 200 mm štvorcový pre počítačové skrine, čierny, 200×200 mm

DEMCiflex 200 mm square dust filter is designed for computer cases and enclosures that use a 200×200 mm fan or ventilation opening. The single-layer black mesh captures dust and debris while allowing airflow for intake or exhaust positions. The filter is lightweight and suitable for desktop PCs, servers and workstations to reduce dust accumulation on components and decrease cleaning frequency.

Advantages

The black mesh provides effective dust reduction with minimal impact on airflow. Its square 200×200 mm form factor fits standard 200 mm fans and vents or smaller openings. The filter is simple to mount and remove for cleaning and is compatible with intake and exhaust locations. The open weave design balances filtration and airflow to help maintain internal temperatures while lowering particulate ingress.

Suitable for

• Desktop PC cases with 200 mm fan/vent openings
• Server racks and workstation enclosures
• Vent covers where dust reduction is required with minimal airflow restriction
• Replacement or retrofit applications for 200×200 mm ventilation areas

Key specifications

• Filter shape: square
• Outer dimensions: 200 × 200 mm
• Colour: black
• Material: mesh fabric (single-layer)
• Mounting: removable frame suitable for surface attachment
• Intended use: intake or exhaust ventilation

How to use

Place the DEMCiflex 200 mm square dust filter over the fan or vent opening so the mesh faces the airflow source for intake or the exhaust side as required. Secure the filter to the case or panel using the appropriate mounting method for your enclosure; ensure the frame sits flat and fully covers the opening. To clean, remove the filter and rinse or gently brush off accumulated dust, then allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.

Recommendations

For best results, inspect the filter regularly and clean it when visible dust buildup appears or airflow is noticeably reduced. When installing on non‑ferrous panels such as aluminium or acrylic, select the matching non‑ferrous mounting option if available to avoid galvanic contact issues. Verify actual opening dimensions before installation to ensure a proper fit.
