Protišmyková podložka ks tools 800.0920 – 600 x 10000 mm protišmyková dielenská podložka

Anti-Slip Mat ks tools 800.0920 – 600 x 10000 mm non-slip workshop mat is a long, slip-resistant mat designed for workshop and industrial environments. It provides a continuous, cushioned surface that increases traction and reduces the risk of slips and falls near workbenches, machines and tool stations. The mat also protects floor surfaces from spills, abrasions and impact from dropped tools, and can be easily trimmed to fit specific work areas.

Advantages

The mat combines a textured, non-slip surface with a resilient backing that offers both grip and cushioning. Its full-length roll format allows for covering long walkways or creating custom-sized pads. The material is resistant to common workshop contaminants and is simple to cut and place without special tools. By smoothing out uneven contact and absorbing shock, the mat reduces standing fatigue for workers and helps preserve underlying floor finishes.

Suitable for

• Workbenches and assembly stations
• Tool cabinets and service bays
• Walkways and access routes in workshops
• Industrial production lines and maintenance areas
• Areas requiring floor protection from spills and dropped items

Key specifications

• Dimensions: 600 mm width × 10000 mm length
• Surface: textured, non-slip finish for improved traction
• Construction: resilient cushioned material for shock absorption
• Installation: can be cut to required length and laid on flat surfaces
• Maintenance: simple to clean; resists common workshop fluids

How to use

Measure the intended coverage area and cut the mat to the required length with a utility knife or heavy-duty scissors. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free of debris before laying the mat flat. Position the mat so edges are aligned with benches or walkways; for permanent installation, use appropriate adhesive or mechanical fasteners recommended for the floor type. Trim corners and joints for a neat fit and allow any adhesive to cure before heavy traffic.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the mat for wear, loose edges, or embedded debris and clean with mild detergent and water. Replace sections that show significant deterioration to maintain slip protection. When cutting, wear protective gloves and follow workplace safety procedures.
