ProXtend sieťový kábel CAT5e RJ-45 konektor samec/konektor samec 7m modrý

The ProXtend Network Cable CAT5e RJ-45 Male/Male 7m Blue is a 7-metre U/UTP cable constructed with copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors with AWG 26. It supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) links and data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s. The cable features RJ-45 male connectors with gold-plated contacts and a PVC jacket in blue, providing a cost-effective solution for wired Ethernet connections.

Advantages

The ProXtend CAT5e cable combines CCA conductors and U/UTP construction to offer a lower-cost alternative to pure copper cables while maintaining compatibility with Gigabit Ethernet. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve contact reliability and resist corrosion. The cable includes strain relief and latch protection at the connectors to increase durability during installation and regular use.

Suitable for

• Home and small office wired Ethernet connections
• Connecting switches, routers, PCs and networked devices
• Structured cabling runs up to 7 m where Gigabit speeds are required

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 male / RJ-45 male
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Conductor: Copper-clad aluminum (CCA), AWG 26
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Jacket material and colour: PVC, Blue
• Weight: 0.1316 kg

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connector at one end into a compatible Ethernet port (router, switch or network device) and the other end into the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; use the built-in strain relief near the connectors for added protection.

Recommendations

For optimal performance at Gigabit speeds, keep cable runs within the specified 7 m length and avoid running the cable parallel to strong electrical sources to minimise interference. If long permanent installations or maximum long-term bandwidth and resilience are required, consider using pure copper (solid copper) cables.
