The Victorinox V-7.40 11.47 cutlery roll bag is a compact textile roll designed to store and transport up to eight pieces of cutlery. Its roll format keeps knives, forks and spoons organised and protected during transit, making it suitable for catering professionals, food service staff and households that need space-efficient, secure storage for utensils. The straightforward design allows rapid packing and compact transport.

Advantages

The roll bag protects cutlery from damage and contamination while keeping items separated to avoid scratches and contact between handles and blades. Its compact rolled form reduces storage space and simplifies carrying, and the construction uses materials that are easy to clean. The bag's layout allows quick inventory of contents and fast deployment at events or service stations.

Suitable for

• Catering companies and event staff transporting utensils to remote sites
• Restaurant kitchens and food trucks needing organised cutlery storage
• Outdoor events, picnics and mobile catering where protected transport is required
• Home use for compact, dust-free storage of less frequently used cutlery sets

When it may not be suitable

The roll bag is designed for up to eight pieces of cutlery and is not intended for large collections or for bulky kitchen tools such as ladles or tongs. It does not replace rigid cases for high-security transport of professional knives where locking or reinforced protection is required.

Key specifications

• Capacity: up to 8 pieces of cutlery
• Format: roll-style textile bag for space-saving storage
• Protection: separates items to reduce scratching and contamination
• Use: suitable for transport and organised storage of knives, forks and spoons
• Maintenance: wipeable textile surface for easy cleaning

How to use

Place each piece of cutlery into its designated pocket or slot, arranging blades and points inward where applicable to reduce risk of damage. Roll the bag from one end to the other to compress contents and secure it using the integrated fastener or strap. For transport, place the rolled bag inside a larger carrier or trolley if additional protection is required. After use, empty and wipe the interior and exterior surfaces dry before storing to avoid moisture retention.

What to consider before purchase

• Intended capacity and whether eight pieces meet your regular needs
• Type of cutlery to be stored—bulky or irregular tools may not fit
• Requirement for rigid or lockable protection if transporting high-value or dangerous knives
• Cleaning and maintenance preferences for textile storage

Recommendations

Use the Victorinox cutlery roll bag to keep a complete service set organised and protected during transport; position sharp edges inward and regularly inspect the textile for wear, cleaning as needed to maintain hygiene standards.
