Puzdro sady náustkov, GESIPA 1752363 — červená, 17/32 palca pre nitovací nástroj Birdie

Replacement mouthpiece set sleeve for the GESIPA Birdie rivet tool, color red and sized 17/32 inch. This sleeve is designed to fit the Birdie series and to provide correct seating and guidance for rivets of the matching diameter. Intended as a maintenance or spare part, the sleeve helps maintain consistent fastening performance and supports tool longevity during workshop or on-site use.

Advantages

The sleeve restores precise alignment between the rivet and the tool, reducing misfeeds and incomplete closures. Its color coding (red) simplifies identification during maintenance and inventory management. Manufactured to match the geometry of Birdie mouthpieces, the sleeve preserves stable rivet guidance and helps avoid premature wear on the rivet nose and surrounding components.

Suitable for

• Replacement of worn or damaged mouthpiece sleeves on GESIPA Birdie rivet tools
• Routine maintenance in industrial or mobile fastening operations
• Workshops and service centers performing tool repairs and part swaps
• On-site technicians needing quick part changes to minimize downtime

Key specifications

• Color: red
• Nominal mouthpiece diameter: 17/32 inch
• Compatibility: GESIPA Birdie series rivet tools
• Function: provides rivet seating and guidance
• Material: durable molded sleeve suitable for repeated installation

How to use

Ensure the tool is unloaded and disconnected from any power source before beginning replacement. Remove the existing mouthpiece sleeve from the Birdie rivet tool following the manufacturer's disassembly instructions, then install the replacement sleeve by aligning it with the mouthpiece housing and seating it fully into place. Reassemble the tool components and perform a functional check with a sample rivet of the matching diameter (17/32 inch) to confirm correct fit and operation.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, inspect the sleeve regularly for signs of wear or deformation and replace it when the fit becomes loose or rivet guidance is inconsistent. Keep a small stock of commonly used sizes to reduce downtime, and use the color coding to speed up part selection during maintenance.
