Quadrios 25CA728 Teplom zmršťovacia bužírka s lepiacou vrstvou 12mm na 3mm 4:1 čierna 5m

Shrink ratio of 4:1 with adhesive lining for waterproof, strain-relieved seals on cable joints and connectors. This 5-metre roll of black polyolefin tubing recovers from 12 mm down to 3 mm, creating a durable environmental barrier for electrical work.

Overview

The Quadrios 25CA728 is a dual-wall heat shrink tube with a hot-melt adhesive inner layer. When heated above 70°C, the outer polyolefin shrinks while the adhesive melts and flows, filling voids and bonding to plastics, metals, and cable jackets. Full recovery is achieved at 110°C, resulting in a tight, waterproof seal that resists vibration and mechanical stress.

What stands out

• 4:1 shrink ratio suits connectors with large diameter differences
• Adhesive lining provides IP-rated waterproofing and corrosion protection
• Operating range from -55°C to +125°C covers harsh environments
• Self-extinguishing VW-1 flammability rating for safer installations
• Good UV and chemical resistance for outdoor and industrial use

Technical details

• Initial inner diameter: 12 mm
• Fully recovered inner diameter: 3 mm
• Length: 5 m
• Material: Polyolefin with adhesive lining
• Minimum shrink temperature: +70°C
• Full recovery temperature: +110°C
• Dielectric strength: 15 kV/mm
• Flammability: VW-1 (self-extinguishing)

Our verdict

A reliable adhesive-lined heat shrink for demanding electrical insulation and sealing tasks. The 4:1 ratio and 5-metre length offer flexibility for both small repairs and larger installations.
