How to use

To use the quick link, unscrew the gate until the opening is wide enough to insert the component or loop to be connected, position the parts inside the link body, then screw the gate closed until it is fully tightened by hand. Verify the gate is fully seated and there is no visible gap before applying load. The connector is intended for temporary and repeatable connections, so inspect the gate and body for deformation or wear before each use and replace the link if any damage is observed.

Recommendations

Use the EUROLITE B-140 only for temporary rigging and light-duty connections within its rated load capacity. Do not exceed the 140 kg rating, avoid side-loading or shock loading, and perform routine visual checks for wear, corrosion or thread damage. Where applicable, follow venue and safety regulations for secondary safety attachments and regular inspection intervals.
