Rack lišta Rittal AX 2394.210, oceľ, 4 kusy, každá 800 g

Rittal AX 2394.210 rack rail set is a four‑piece steel mounting solution designed for 19‑inch IT and network cabinets. Each rail weighs approximately 800 g and is finished in steel to match standard enclosure interiors. The rails are intended to provide stable, load‑bearing support for servers, switches, patch panels and other rack‑mount equipment without the need for additional machining during installation.

Advantages

The steel construction ensures mechanical strength and long service life while the standardized form factor supports compatibility with common 19‑inch components. Installation is simplified by a design that requires no machining and allows mounting on cabinet sides or roof, enabling flexible placement. Using these rails creates additional mounting space for accessories such as punched sections with mounting flanges, enclosure lights, door switches, cable clamp rails and support rails.

How to use

Place the rails at the desired height inside the enclosure and attach them to the cabinet side or roof using appropriate fasteners for your cabinet model. Align the rails to match 19‑inch mounting positions for equipment such as servers, switches or patch panels. After securing the rails, mount the rack equipment by aligning it with the rail mounting holes and fastening with suitable screws or cage nuts. Accessories like punched sections, enclosure lights or cable clamp rails can be attached to the rails or to newly created mounting space as required.

Recommendations

Verify load capacity and fastening method with the enclosure manufacturer before installing heavy equipment. Use appropriate corrosion‑resistant fasteners in environments with elevated humidity. When adding accessories, ensure compatibility with the rail flange dimensions and confirm clearances for airflow and cable routing.
