Racková zaslepovacia lišta DELOCK 67208, ABS plast, čierna, 1U

DELOCK 67208 is a 1U rack blind panel manufactured from ABS plastic in black, intended to fill unused unit space in standard 19-inch server and network racks. The panel blocks open rack areas to prevent dust ingress and to support directed cooling by closing gaps in the cabinet front or rear. It is supplied as a single-piece blanking plate and provides a neat, uniform appearance for installed equipment bays.

Advantages

The ABS construction delivers a lightweight yet rigid panel that is resistant to everyday handling in IT environments. The black finish blends with most rack equipment for a consistent look. A tool-free installation mechanism with an integrated mounting angle allows the panel to be fitted quickly without additional parts, reducing installation time and simplifying rack maintenance.

Suitable for

• Filling unused 1U spaces in standard 19-inch server and network racks
• Improving airflow management and directing cooling within server cabinets
• Preventing dust and debris from entering open rack bays
• Creating a uniform front/rear appearance in network cabinets

Key specifications

• Size: 1U height for standard 19-inch racks
• Material: ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic
• Color: Black
• Quantity: single-piece panel
• Mounting: integrated tool-free mounting angle for snap-in installation

How to use

Align the blind panel with the unused 1U opening in your 19-inch rack and push the panel into place until the integrated mounting angle locks outward, securing the panel without tools. To remove, disengage the mounting angle by pulling the panel outward and slide it free from the rack. Use standard handling precautions to avoid scratching the surface during installation and removal.

Recommendations

Install the panel in all unused rack positions to improve cabinet airflow and reduce dust accumulation. Avoid placing heavy loads against the panel; it is intended as a blanking plate rather than a support surface. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent if needed; do not use abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish.
