The RAM Mounts D-Size Base Plate (model RAM-D-111BU) is a rugged, dock-style mounting foundation crafted from powder-coated marine-grade aluminum. This 11-inch by 3-inch base plate incorporates a 2.25-inch rubber ball component, delivering RAM's legendary vibration-damping stability for heavy-duty, on-the-move applications. Whether for vehicle dashboards, marine consoles, or industrial control panels, this base plate provides a secure and reliable anchorage point for a wide range of RAM mounting systems.

Advantages

Engineered for extreme environments, this base plate resists corrosion and effectively absorbs shock and vibration, keeping your valuable electronics safe and stable. The generous 11-inch length offers flexible positioning options, while the dual-hole pattern (4-hole AMPS and 75x75mm VESA) ensures compatibility with a broad array of RAM arms, cradles, and accessories. The bolt-down installation method creates a permanent, solid foundation, making it ideal for demanding applications where equipment must remain stationary and secure.
