Reflexná kontúrovacia páska 3M Diamond Grade DR-1230-4300-9, vysoko viditeľná reflexná páska

3M Diamond Grade DR-1230-4300-9 reflective contour marking tape is a high-visibility reflective tape engineered for improved detection of vehicles, trailers, signs and equipment in low-light and nighttime conditions. The tape features a durable, pressure-sensitive adhesive and a microprismatic reflective surface designed to return light toward the source, increasing conspicuity from long distances and at oblique angles. It is intended for contour marking where sustained reflectivity and weather resistance are required and is suitable for application on smooth, clean surfaces.

Advantages

The tape offers high retroreflectivity combined with a thin, flexible construction that conforms to curved and flat surfaces. Its microprismatic technology provides predictable, durable reflectance with long-term outdoor performance and resistance to common environmental factors such as rain and road splash. The pressure-sensitive adhesive allows for straightforward application without special tools on properly prepared substrates, and the material maintains visual performance at a wide range of observation angles.

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose debris before application. Measure and cut the required length of tape; remove the liner and apply the tape to the surface, pressing firmly from the center outward to remove air pockets and ensure full contact with the substrate. For best adhesion, apply at moderate temperatures and avoid stretching the material during installation. Allow adequate time for the adhesive to set before subjecting the marked item to heavy service or washing.

Recommendations

For optimal long-term performance, apply the tape to smooth, non-porous substrates and follow any local regulatory guidance for contour marking dimensions and color placement. Periodically inspect the markings for physical damage or loss of reflectivity and replace sections that show significant wear to maintain visibility and compliance.
