Reproduktorový kábel ShiverPeaks 06-24076, prierez 4 mm², dĺžka 10 m

ShiverPeaks 06-24076 speaker cable is a 10 m length audio cable with a 4 mm² conductor cross-section designed for connecting loudspeakers to amplifiers or receivers. The cable offers a conductor size that keeps resistance low over medium distances, enabling stable power and signal transfer for home audio systems, stereo setups and compact AV installations. The cable's geometry and conductor area are intended to balance flexibility and current capacity for typical domestic loudspeaker wiring.

Advantages

The 4 mm² cross-section reduces voltage drop and impedance-related losses compared with thinner speaker wires, which helps preserve sound dynamics at moderate lengths. A 10 m length covers common room-to-room speaker runs without the need for joins, and the cable construction provides adequate flexibility for routing behind furniture or through conduits. The product is suited for left/right stereo pairs, rear or bookshelf speakers and other similar loudspeaker connections.

Suitable for

• Home stereo systems and bookshelf speakers
• AV receiver to passive speaker connections
• Short to medium in-room speaker runs (up to 10 m)
• Small multiroom or multi-channel installations in domestic environments

Key specifications

• Conductor cross-section: 4 mm²
• Length: 10 m
• Conductor type: stranded conductor suitable for speaker wiring
• Typical application: passive loudspeaker connections to amplifiers and receivers
• Color: white

How to use

Strip a short section of the outer insulation to expose the conductor and terminate the cable with suitable connectors or banana plugs, or insert the bare conductors into binding posts or spring clips following the amplifier and speaker polarity markings. Run the cable avoiding tight bends and sharp edges; secure with cable clips or ties to prevent strain on the terminations. Ensure the amplifier is powered off while making connections and verify polarity before powering the system to maintain correct phase between channels.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this 4 mm² speaker cable for runs up to 10 m between amplifier and passive speakers; for longer distances or higher-power systems consider thicker conductors. Keep cables separated from mains power cables to minimise potential interference, and maintain clear polarity labeling during installation to ensure correct speaker phase.
