How to use

Attach the hoist to a suitably rated suspension point or beam using appropriate lifting hardware. Secure the load hook and ensure the load is balanced before applying force to the hand chain. Operate the hand chain smoothly to raise or lower the load, keeping clear of suspended loads and following standard safety procedures. Perform regular inspections of the chain, hooks and suspension for wear or deformation and address any issues before use.

Recommendations

Use the chain hoist only within its 1.0 t rated capacity and follow local safety regulations. Ensure periodic maintenance and lubrication of the chain and check lifting fittings before each use. For permanent installations or heavy-duty industrial use consider consulting a qualified rigger or engineer.
