Ricoh 408059 valec tlačiarne originál

The Ricoh 408059 Original Printer Drum is a factory-produced imaging drum designed specifically for Ricoh SP 400DN and SP 450DN printers. It delivers consistent, high-definition results for both text and graphics by transferring toner uniformly across the page. The unit is intended for straightforward replacement and supports sustained print quality across medium- to high-volume printing environments, helping to reduce service interruptions and maintain predictable output.

Advantages

The original Ricoh drum provides stable image density and sharp text reproduction throughout its rated life. Being an original part, it matches the mechanical tolerances and electrostatic performance of the specified printers, which helps prevent print defects and reduces the need for calibration. Installation is designed to be user-friendly, and the drum’s high page yield lowers the frequency of part replacements, contributing to lower operating interruptions and better workforce productivity.

How to use

Power off the printer and open the front cover according to the printer user manual. Remove the spent drum unit by pulling it straight out, taking care to avoid touching the drum surface. Unpack the replacement Ricoh 408059 drum, remove any protective covers or seals, and insert the new drum into the printer until it seats securely. Close the cover and power the printer back on. Allow the printer to initialize and, if required, perform any on-screen or menu-driven drum recognition or reset steps described in the printer’s documentation.

Recommendations

Store the drum in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong fluorescent light to avoid damage to the photosensitive surface. Handle the drum by its ends and avoid contact with the drum coating. Replace the drum promptly when print density or image quality declines to maintain consistent output. For best results, use genuine Ricoh consumables and follow scheduled maintenance as outlined in the printer manual.
