Rittal 6538.010 nerezová inštalačná skriňa 400x400x150mm IP66 NEMA 4X

For installations that demand uncompromising hygiene, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability, the Rittal 6538.010 stands apart from conventional mild-steel enclosures. Its body and door are fabricated entirely from stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) with a brushed, grain 240 finish, making it ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical, marine, and aggressive industrial environments. The 400 x 400 x 150 mm footprint provides a compact yet practical space for control components, while the IP66 and NEMA 4X ratings ensure complete protection against dust, powerful water jets, and corrosion.

• IK08 impact resistance for reliable performance in demanding settings
• Reversible hinged door with 3 mm double-bit cam lock for secure yet easy access
• Includes galvanized mounting plate for straightforward component installation
• Certified by UL, cUL, TÜV, Germanischer Lloyd, RMRS, and VDE

In daily use

Mounting the 6538.010 on a wall or machine frame is straightforward using standard Rittal accessories. The reversible door can be hinged left or right to match your layout, and the cam lock accepts a 3 mm double-bit key for tool-based opening. Inside, the galvanized sheet-steel mounting plate provides a stable base for DIN rails, terminals, and other equipment. The brushed stainless surface resists fingerprints and is easy to clean, while the enclosure’s temperature range of -25 °C to +60 °C supports both cold storage and hot production areas.
