Rittal SV 3454.500 kovová svorka, otvor 5 mm, oceľ, strieborná, balenie 15 ks

Rittal SV 3454.500 metal clamp is a steel fastening solution with a 5 mm clamp opening, supplied in a pack of 15. Designed for mounting in control cabinets and industrial enclosures, the clamp secures single round conductors, cables, pipes and laminated copper bars. Its silver finish provides a uniform appearance and a degree of corrosion resistance suitable for indoor electrical and automation installations.

Advantages

The steel construction delivers mechanical strength and dimensional stability under mechanical stress. The 5 mm opening size ensures a reliable hold for small conductors and pipes while keeping the profile compact for space-limited cabinet layouts. Supplied as a pack of 15, the clamps simplify ordering and allow for consistent installation across multiple fastening points.

How to use

Position the clamp at the desired mounting point inside the enclosure and secure it using appropriate screws or rivets suitable for the cabinet material and load. Insert the conductor, cable, pipe or laminated copper bar into the clamp opening so it rests securely against the clamp body. Verify that the fastened element is held firmly without excessive compression; adjust mount spacing as needed to prevent movement or vibration contact with other components.

Recommendations

For reliable performance select mounting hardware rated for the enclosure material and expected mechanical loads. Avoid overtightening to prevent deformation of conductors or the clamp itself. For outdoor or corrosive environments, consider alternative clamps with enhanced corrosion protection.
