Rittal SV sada podporných dosiek pre rám skrine RAL 7035 (balenie 5 ks) – model 9340.220

Rittal SV support panels (model 9340.220) are flat mounting panels designed for use with enclosure frame systems and supplied in a pack of five. Finished in RAL 7035, these panels provide a stable internal surface inside control cabinets and enclosures to mount components, route cabling and create organized assemblies. The panels are compatible with standard enclosure frame mounting points and enable flexible arrangement of equipment within industrial and electrical installations.

Advantages

These support panels deliver a uniform, corrosion-resistant finish and consistent dimensions that simplify installation and alignment inside enclosure frames. Supplied in a multi-pack, they reduce procurement effort for projects requiring several mounting surfaces. The flat design offers an even mounting plane for terminal blocks, DIN rails, instrument panels and cable management accessories while the RAL 7035 colour ensures visual consistency with many standard enclosures.

How to use

Install the support panel onto the enclosure frame using the designated mounting points and hardware of the enclosure system. Position the panel at the required height and secure it so that it provides a stable plane for mounting equipment. Use appropriate fasteners and grounding measures as specified by the enclosure manufacturer and applicable installation standards. After mounting, attach terminal blocks, DIN rails, cable ducts or other accessories directly to the panel surface using compatible fixing methods.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable performance, select panel positions that allow adequate ventilation and access for wiring work, and follow local electrical codes for earthing and component clearance. When installing sensitive equipment, consider additional insulation or mounting options to meet environmental and vibration requirements.
