Roadinger penová vložka 576x376x100 mm pre kufríky a ochranu pri preprave, model 80702663

Roadinger foam insert 576x376x100 mm is a precision-cut protective lining designed for use inside flight cases, instrument cases and transport boxes. The insert provides a cushioned layer to reduce shock and vibration during handling and transit. With its 576 × 376 × 100 mm external dimensions, this foam insert can be used as a single protective pad, layered for custom depth or cut to match the shape of microphones, pedals, electronics, small instruments and other sensitive gear.

Advantages

The closed-cell foam offers reliable impact absorption and helps prevent scratches and abrasion on equipment surfaces. Its uniform thickness and clean edges make it easy to trim and shape for bespoke layouts. The lightweight material adds minimal bulk and weight to the case while increasing protection against drops and knocks. The neutral foam surface is compatible with a wide range of cases and does not transfer residues to housed items.

How to use

Place the foam insert inside the case to verify fit and orientation. For custom layouts, mark the outline of the item on the foam and use a sharp knife or hot-wire cutter to remove excess material, creating cavities that match the shape of the equipment. For added height or layered protection, stack multiple inserts or cut layers to form stepped compartments. Ensure items sit snugly without excessive compression to maintain cushioning performance during transport.

Recommendations

When cutting the insert, work on a stable surface and use appropriate cutting tools; test-fit items frequently to avoid overcutting. Keep the foam dry and clean—avoid prolonged exposure to solvents or direct heat. For high-value or heavy items, combine this foam insert with additional internal straps, dividers or shock mounts for optimized protection.
