RØDE RCVCOVER ochranné puzdro pre RODECaster Video

Protective Cover for RODECaster Video by Rode — Transparent, Model RCVCOVER is a clear dust and splash shield designed specifically for the RODECaster Video console. The transparent material preserves visibility of controls, displays and indicator lights while providing a lightweight barrier against dust, minor spills and light impacts during storage, transport and use in both studio and field environments.

Advantages

The transparent cover provides protection without obstructing visual access to the console’s controls and indicators. Its precise fit follows the RODECaster Video form factor to reduce ingress of dust and prevent accidental liquid contact. The cover is lightweight and easy to apply or remove, allowing quick transitions between operation and storage. It is suitable for repeated use and designed for environments where visibility and basic protection are required.

Suitable for

• Studio setups where dust accumulation is a concern
• Field recording or mobile productions exposed to light splashes
• Storage between sessions to keep the console clean
• Transport in bags or cases to protect from abrasions and debris

Key specifications

• Material: transparent protective polymer (clear finish)
• Compatibility: shaped to fit the RODECaster Video console
• Protection type: dust barrier, splash resistance, minor impact protection
• Weight: lightweight for easy handling
• Finish: clear transparency for unobstructed view of controls and indicators

How to use

Place the transparent cover over the RODECaster Video console ensuring alignment with controls, displays and connectors. For active use, confirm that all necessary ports and buttons remain accessible or that any required openings are unobstructed before operation. To store or transport the console, apply the cover and secure any external packing as needed. Remove the cover prior to cleaning the console surface and clean the cover itself with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and mild detergent if necessary.

Recommendations

Use the cover as a preventive layer against dust and incidental splashes; it is not a waterproof seal or a substitute for shock-resistant transport cases. Avoid contact with sharp objects and excessive force. Store the cover flat or hung to prevent deformation and clean periodically to maintain transparency.
