Rohová ochrana steny Durable 1126130 zaoblená polyuretán čierna žltá 1000 mm

The Durable 1126130 wall corner guard is a rounded-profile protector made from impact-resistant polyurethane. It measures 1000 mm in length and 40 mm in width, and is supplied in a two-tone black and yellow finish. Sold in packs of five pieces with a total pack weight of approximately 1.88 kg, this corner guard is intended to reduce damage to building corners and the items that contact them in commercial and industrial interiors.

Advantages

The polyurethane construction provides resilience against repeated impacts and abrasion while maintaining shape and cushioning. The rounded profile reduces the likelihood of sharp-edge damage and distributes force over a larger surface. The contrasting black and yellow colour scheme improves visibility in areas with vehicle or pedestrian traffic. Supplied in multi-piece packs, the product allows for continuous corner protection over longer runs.

Suitable for

• Warehouse aisles and loading docks
• Parking garages and service corridors
• Hospital and clinic corridors where corner protection is required
• Retail backrooms and storage areas
• Workshops and light industrial environments

Key specifications

• Material: polyurethane
• Profile: rounded corner guard
• Length: 1000 mm per piece
• Width (projection): 40 mm
• Colour: black and yellow
• Pack quantity: 5 pieces per pack
• Pack weight: approximately 1.88 kg

How to use

Position the corner guard so the rounded edge covers the external corner to be protected. Prepare the mounting surface by cleaning away dust, grease and loose particles to ensure good adhesion or mechanical fixing. Depending on the installation method used (adhesive tape, construction adhesive, or mechanical fasteners), follow the chosen fastening manufacturer's instructions and allow any adhesive to cure fully before subjecting the guard to impact. Trim to length if needed using appropriate cutting tools for polyurethane, and install successive pieces to create continuous coverage along the corner.

Recommendations

For best results, install at a height and position corresponding to the most likely impact zone (for example, vehicle bumper or cart contact height). Use solvent-free cleaners before bonding, and choose adhesives rated for polyurethane. Inspect periodically for wear or displacement and replace individual pieces as required to maintain continuous protection.
