ROLINE 19-palcová strešná ventilátorová jednotka so 6 ventilátormi a termostatom, oceľové puzdro, sivá

ROLINE 19-inch roof-mounted fan unit with six integrated fans and an adjustable thermostat designed for 19" enclosures. The steel housing in grey protects internal components while the fans provide forced air circulation to server racks and network cabinets, helping to reduce internal temperature and maintain stable operating conditions for IT equipment.

Advantages

The unit offers flexible installation with two sets of mounting brackets: one for attachment to any height unit inside a 19" cabinet and a second for installation in the roof of compatible ROLINE Pro and Basic series cabinets. An on/off switch and an adjustable thermostat allow temperature-based control, while the steel housing delivers robust protection for internal parts. The availability in standard grey (RAL 7035) integrates with common rack colours.

Suitable for

• Cooling server racks and network cabinets in small to medium IT environments
• Enhancing airflow in 19" enclosures where additional forced ventilation is needed
• Applications requiring simple thermostat-based fan control to maintain stable equipment temperature

When it may not be suitable

This roof-mounted fan unit is intended for installation in 19" enclosures and may not suit non-standard or proprietary cabinet designs that do not accept the supplied mounting brackets. It is not a replacement for room-wide cooling systems and may be insufficient where precise climate control or high-capacity cooling is required.

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19" roof-mounted fan unit
• Fans: six integrated fans for forced ventilation
• Housing material: steel
• Colour: grey (RAL 7035)
• Controls: on/off switch and adjustable thermostat
• Mounting: two sets of brackets for vertical mounting and roof installation in compatible cabinets

How to use

Install the fan unit into a compatible 19" enclosure using the appropriate bracket set for either side mounting or roof installation. Connect the unit to mains power according to local electrical requirements. Set the thermostat to the desired threshold so the fans operate automatically when the enclosure temperature rises above that level; use the switch to manually override operation when needed. Regularly check that airflow is unobstructed and that the fan intake and exhaust areas remain free of dust buildup.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your 19" enclosure accepts roof-mounted fan units and that the supplied brackets match your cabinet model
• Confirm that six fans and the unit's airflow capacity meet your cooling needs vs. room or cabinet cooling requirements
• Ensure available mains power and physical space for installation in the enclosure roof

Recommendations

For reliable operation, place the unit in the roof of a properly ventilated 19" cabinet, set the thermostat to a temperature that protects sensitive equipment, and perform periodic cleaning of fan intakes and filters to maintain optimal airflow.
