ROTARY TURNING CENTER 8814-4/I s riadením FANUC 0i-TF Plus

The ROTARY TURNING CENTER 8814-4/I is a high-precision CNC lathe designed for efficient turning operations. Equipped with a FANUC 0i-TF Plus control system, it delivers reliable performance for a wide range of machining tasks. This machine features a maximum turning diameter of 350 mm and a maximum turning length of 600 mm, making it suitable for medium-sized workpieces. The 8-inch hydraulic chuck and 12-station hydraulic turret ensure quick tool changes and stable clamping. With a spindle speed of 4000 RPM and a 15 kW motor, it provides ample power for both roughing and finishing cuts. The linear motion guides and high rapid traverse rates (24/30 m/min) contribute to reduced cycle times. The hydraulic tailstock and programmable control enhance versatility, while the included chip conveyor and coolant system support continuous operation.

Advantages

High precision with repeatability of ±0.003 mm ensures consistent quality. The FANUC control system offers user-friendly programming and reliable operation. The 12-station turret reduces setup time, and the linear guides provide smooth motion for better surface finishes. The integrated coolant system and chip conveyor improve productivity and machine longevity.
