Sieťový kábel Dätwyler 21.05.0537 3 m Cat6a S/FTP oranžový

The Dätwyler 21.05.0537 3m Cat6a S/FTP Orange networking cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed structured cabling. It supports Category 6a performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over distances up to 3 meters and uses S/FTP shielding (overall braid plus individually foiled pairs) to reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. Both ends terminate in RJ-45 plugs, and the bright orange jacket makes the cable easy to identify in racks and cable runs.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable offers improved signal integrity and reduced external interference due to its combined foil and braid shielding. The 3 m length is suitable for short interconnects between network switches, patch panels, and equipment. RJ-45 terminations provide compatibility with standard Ethernet ports while the orange outer jacket simplifies visual identification and cable management. The cable construction supports consistent high-frequency performance required for demanding data applications.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links in data centers and server rooms
• Patch connections between switches, patch panels and network appliances
• Office and industrial networking where reduced interference is required
• Structured cabling installations that benefit from color-coded identification

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braided shield with individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 3 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Orange jacket for easy identification
• Supported data rates: up to 10 Gbps at suitable distances
• Use environment: indoor, structured cabling and patching

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 plug on one end of the cable to the Ethernet port of your network device and the other end to a switch, patch panel or another device with a compatible RJ-45 port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and that the cable is not tightly kinked or bent beyond recommended bend radii. For best performance, route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference and avoid running alongside high-voltage power lines.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short interconnects where high bandwidth and low interference are required. When installing in patch panels or racks, maintain appropriate strain relief and avoid excessive bends. Color-code your cabling scheme to simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.
