How to use

Place the Rebel RBA-2000 on a flat, non-slip surface and ensure the bench is stable before loading weights. Position yourself with feet flat on the floor and shoulders aligned on the pad for pressing movements; maintain a neutral spine during rows and core exercises. For barbell work, use an appropriate rack or spotter when lifting heavy loads. Keep hands and equipment dry and inspect the bench regularly for secure fastenings and wear.

Recommendations

Use the bench with compatible racks and safety equipment for heavy lifts, and follow progressive load increases to reduce injury risk. Wipe the pad after use and inspect the frame periodically for corrosion or loose components to prolong service life.
