Rozprašovacia fľaša 500 ml PE-LD od Stealkey Customs, model SW10016

Stealkey Customs Spray Bottle SW10016 is a 500 ml spray bottle made from low-density polyethylene (PE-LD). It is designed to deliver liquids in a controlled mist or stream for routine tasks. The bottle shape and screw-top spray head provide portability and repeatable dispensing, suitable for cleaning agents, water and other liquids that are chemically compatible with PE-LD materials.

Advantages

The PE-LD construction offers flexibility and resistance to impact while keeping the bottle lightweight. A 500 ml capacity balances refill frequency and manageability for handheld use. The spray mechanism supports adjustable output between fine mist and focused stream, enabling precise application without complex controls. The screw-top design simplifies refilling and cleaning, and the translucent material allows basic level visibility.

Suitable for

• Applying cleaning solutions to surfaces in workshops and offices
• Moistening and rinsing during maintenance tasks
• Dispensing water for plants or household use
• Using compatible solvents and degreasers where PE-LD is chemically suitable

Key specifications

• Capacity: 500 ml
• Material: low-density polyethylene (PE-LD)
• Dispensing: adjustable spray head for mist or stream
• Closure: screw-top spray mechanism
• Form factor: handheld bottle with ergonomic profile

How to use

Fill the bottle with a liquid that is compatible with PE-LD, leaving a small air gap to allow compression for spraying. Secure the spray head by screwing it onto the neck until tight. Adjust the nozzle to the desired spray pattern and test on an inconspicuous area before full application. Operate by squeezing the bottle and aiming at the target surface while maintaining a safe distance according to the chemical manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

Rinse and dry the bottle between different liquids to avoid cross-contamination. Do not use with strong oxidizers or chemicals known to degrade polyethylene. Store the bottle away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prolong material life; replace if the material shows cracks, discoloration or spray head malfunction.
