Rozširujúca karta Silverstone ECU02-E

The Interface Card Silverstone ECU02-E is a low-profile PCIe expansion card that provides additional USB 3.2 Gen 2 connectivity to desktop systems. Designed for compact builds and small-form-factor cases, the card delivers up to 10 Gbit/s transfer speed over USB 3.2 Gen 2 and installs into a standard PCIe slot. Its compact dimensions and black finish make it a discreet solution for adding high-speed external ports without occupying significant space inside the chassis.

Advantages

The card offers USB 3.2 Gen 2 performance with a maximum throughput of 10 Gbit/s, enabling faster file transfers and reduced wait times when working with external SSDs and high-bandwidth peripherals. As a low-profile design, it fits into slim and mini-ITX enclosures while maintaining compatibility with standard PCIe slots. Internal connectivity allows direct routing inside the case for a clean installation, and the black colour provides a neutral appearance that integrates with most system interiors.

Suitable for

• Adding high-speed external USB ports to compact desktop or HTPC systems
• Connecting external NVMe/SSD enclosures or fast USB storage for file transfer and backups
• Upgrading older systems to support USB 3.2 Gen 2 peripherals
• Small-form-factor builds where low-profile expansion cards are required

Key specifications

How to use

Power off the computer and disconnect it from the mains before installation. Open the case and locate an available PCIe slot that matches the card's slot height. Remove the corresponding slot cover from the chassis, insert the Silverstone ECU02-E into the PCIe slot until it is seated firmly, and secure it with the case screw. Reconnect internal power or connectors if required by your chassis layout and close the case. Boot into your operating system and install any necessary drivers; the card supports modern Windows versions including Windows 10 and its editions. After driver installation, connect USB 3.2 devices to the external ports for high-speed operation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, connect USB 3.2 Gen 2 devices directly to the card's ports and use high-quality, certified USB 3.2 cables. Ensure the host system BIOS and operating system are up to date, and verify available PCIe lane allocation on the motherboard to avoid bandwidth sharing that could reduce transfer speeds.
