Ručný čítač čiarových kódov Honeywell GRANIT XP 1991IXLR 1D/2D bezdrôtový Bluetooth

The Honeywell GRANIT XP 1991iXLR is a handheld 1D/2D barcode reader with Bluetooth wireless connectivity, designed for demanding industrial environments. It combines extended-range scanning capability with high-impact and tumble resistance, an IP65/IP67 sealing class, and a high-resolution imaging sensor to reliably capture standard and damaged barcodes across warehouse, distribution center and manufacturing workflows.

Advantages

Granit XP offers best-in-class drop protection (up to 3 m / 10 ft), a 1 m (3.3 ft) tumble rating and a 7,000-cycle tumble specification for durable everyday operation. FlexRange™ scanning technology provides no-compromise near-field reads plus extended range performance to read UPC codes at 1.5 m (5 ft) and 100 mil labels at 10 m (33 ft). The deeply recessed, scratch- and impact-resistant scan window preserves IP67 sealing to prevent dust and moisture ingress. A high-resolution sensor and advanced decoding algorithms improve read rates on low-quality or damaged labels.

Suitable for

• Warehouse receiving and picking
• Distribution center inventory and sorting
• Manufacturing line tracking and quality control
• Loading dock and logistics operations

Key specifications

• Model: GRANIT XP 1991iXLR (MPN: 1991IXLR-3-R)
• Scan types: 1D and 2D barcodes
• Connectivity: Bluetooth (wireless)
• Optical sensor resolution: 1280 × 800 pixels
• Durability: Drop rating up to 3 m (10 ft); tumble spec 7,000 cycles; 1 m tumble test
• Ingress protection: IP65 / IP67 sealing
• Weight: 405 g
• Battery operating voltage: 4 – 5.5 V

How to use

Power on the scanner and pair it with a host device via Bluetooth following the device’s pairing procedure. Aim the scanner at the barcode so the recessed window faces the label and trigger a scan. For extended-range reads, position the scanner at the appropriate distance — up to about 1.5 m (5 ft) for UPC codes and farther for larger, high-contrast labels — and activate the trigger. Use the device’s feedback indicators to confirm successful reads and review decoded data on the connected host application.

Recommendations

To maintain scanning performance and IP67 sealing, avoid scratching the recessed scan window; inspect and clean the window periodically with a soft, lint-free cloth and approved cleaner. Use the Granit XP 1991iXLR in workflows that require high durability and a wide read range to reduce device replacements and minimize downtime.
