Select one of the seven speed levels depending on the task; use lower speeds for delicate mixing and higher speeds or the turbo function for dense or heavy doughs. For kneading firm yeast dough, operate the mixer for short intervals (up to 10 minutes total), allowing brief rests to avoid overheating. After use, press the release button to remove the accessories and clean them according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Recommendations

Use the extra-long hooks for deeper bowls and the turbo setting only when additional power is needed. Allow short pauses during long kneading sessions to protect the motor and ensure even mixing. Clean hooks after each use and store the appliance with accessories detached.
