The Severin HM 3841 500 W hand mixer combines a 500 W motor with a lightweight 800 g body and a mix of durable plastic and stainless steel materials. Designed for common kitchen mixing tasks, it offers attachments for beating, kneading and general blending. The compact footprint and ergonomic shape make it convenient to hold and store while its stainless steel exterior elements provide improved resistance to wear during everyday use.

Advantages

At approximately 800 g, the hand mixer is comfortable for extended use and simple to manoeuvre. Construction using both plastic and stainless steel balances durability with reduced weight, and the included attachments are easy to attach and remove for quick cleaning and interchangeability.

Suitable for

• Whipping cream and egg whites
• Mixing cake and pancake batter
• Preparing cookie dough and light bread dough
• Blending sauces and dressings

Key specifications

• Power: 500 W
• Weight: approximately 800 g
• Housing materials: plastic with stainless steel elements
• Controls: variable speed settings (manual control)
• Form factor: handheld electric mixer with detachable beaters/attachments

How to use

Attach the appropriate beaters or dough hooks before connecting the mixer to a power outlet. Select a low speed to start, then increase gradually to achieve the desired consistency while keeping the mixer tilted at a slight angle to allow efficient circulation of ingredients. For kneading, use the dough hooks and work in short intervals to avoid motor overheating. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance, remove the attachments for cleaning and wipe the housing with a damp cloth.

Recommendations

Use the mixer on ingredients at room temperature for best results, avoid continuous operation beyond recommended duty cycles to protect the motor, and detach metal attachments before dishwashing if allowed by the manufacturer’s care instructions.
