Key specifications

• Power: 450 watts
• Design: handheld mixer in vintage green finish
• Speed control: multiple speed settings for variable mixing
• Weight profile: lightweight for comfortable handling
• Functions: mixing, whipping and light blending

How to use

Place the beaters into the mixing bowl with ingredients and select a low speed to begin, gradually increasing speed as ingredients combine to avoid splattering. Use lower speeds for gentle folding or cream and higher speeds for whipping egg whites or heavier batters. Turn off and unplug the appliance before removing accessories or cleaning. Detach beaters according to the manufacturer’s release mechanism and wash them separately.

Recommendations

For best results, start on a low speed and increase gradually to reach the desired texture. Avoid prolonged continuous operation beyond recommended intervals to prevent motor overheating. Clean beaters after each use and store the mixer in a dry place; use proper bowls sized to the batch to reduce splatter and improve mixing efficiency.
