Ručný skrutkovač Bahco 808050 jednoduchý račňový skrutkovač

The Bahco 808050 Single Ratchet screwdriver is a manual hand tool measuring 255 mm in length and weighing 230 g, designed for controlled fastening and precision work. It integrates a single-direction ratchet mechanism that allows continuous turning in one direction while preventing reverse rotation, reducing the need to reposition the tool during repetitive screwing tasks. The compact shaft and ergonomic handle provide access to confined spaces and maintain user control during prolonged use.

Advantages

The single ratchet mechanism delivers smooth, reliable operation for fastening and unfastening in one preferred direction, improving efficiency for repetitive tasks. The screwdriver’s moderate length and lightweight construction balance reach and manoeuvrability, while the ergonomic handle reduces hand fatigue and improves grip stability. The tool’s compact profile makes it suitable for work in restricted or hard-to-reach areas.

Suitable for

• Electrical and electronics assembly where controlled torque and access are required
• Maintenance and repair tasks in workshops and industrial settings
• Furniture assembly and household fastening jobs in tight spaces
• Automotive interior and trim fastening where a compact screwdriver is needed

Key specifications

• Total length: 255 mm
• Weight: 230 g
• Drive type: single-direction ratchet mechanism
• Tool type: manual screwdriver
• Handle: ergonomic design for improved grip and comfort
• Shaft profile: compact for access to confined spaces

How to use

Select the correct bit or tip compatible with the fastener, insert it securely into the screwdriver’s chuck or tip holder, and set the ratchet to the desired direction of rotation. Apply steady pressure and rotate the handle; the ratchet mechanism will allow continuous turning in the selected direction while preventing reverse motion. For removing fasteners, switch the ratchet direction and repeat the same procedure. Use controlled force to avoid damage to fasteners or surrounding material.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the Bahco single ratchet screwdriver with appropriately sized bits and avoid applying excessive torque beyond the fastener or bit rating. Store the tool in a dry place and keep the ratchet mechanism free of debris to maintain reliable performance.
