Ruijie Networks RG-ES209GC-P sieťový switch Managed Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000) Power over Ethernet (PoE) čierny

Reyee RG-ES209GC-P is a smart managed PoE switch with eight PoE-enabled Ethernet ports designed for small business and surveillance networks. The device integrates Power over Ethernet delivery with essential switching features such as traffic control and VLAN segmentation, enabling simplified deployment of IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP phones while reducing the need for separate power cabling.

Advantages

This smart managed PoE switch centralizes network and power management for connected devices, offering configurable traffic controls and VLAN support to segment and prioritize network flows. Built with eight PoE ports, it supplies both data and power over standard Ethernet cabling for compatible endpoints, simplifying installation of surveillance and wireless systems. The management capabilities allow administrators to monitor link status and adjust settings without requiring a full enterprise controller.

Suitable for

• Small business LANs that require PoE for access points and VoIP phones
• IP surveillance systems with multiple cameras
• Branch offices and retail sites needing simple managed switching and VLANs
• Environments where reducing separate power cabling for network devices is desired

Key specifications

• Form factor: compact rackmount or desktop-capable network switch
• Ports: 8 PoE-capable Ethernet ports plus additional uplink ports (model dependent)
• PoE support: supplies power to connected PoE endpoints over Ethernet cabling
• Management: smart/managed features including VLAN configuration and traffic control
• Use case: designed for IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP phones

How to use

Install the switch in a ventilated location near network equipment and connect it to the main router or core switch using an uplink Ethernet cable. Connect PoE-compatible devices such as IP cameras or wireless access points to the PoE ports using standard Ethernet cables; the switch will provide both data and power. Use the switch’s management interface to configure VLANs, set traffic priorities and monitor port status. Ensure connected devices are within the PoE power budget and check link indicators to verify proper connections.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, plan power budget allocation for all PoE devices and separate surveillance or voice traffic onto VLANs to preserve bandwidth. Place the switch where it has adequate ventilation and stable network uplink; regularly update switch firmware where available and monitor port status to detect faults promptly.
