Rúrka Alphacool 18568 akrylát priehľadná 1,6 cm 60 cm

The Alphacool tube 18568 is a rigid acrylic glass tube with a transparent finish, 1.6 cm in outer diameter and 60 cm in length. Designed for custom liquid cooling loops in computer systems, the tube provides a clear visual path for coolant and integrates with compression fittings and standard hardline components. Its smooth inner surface supports stable flow while the transparent material highlights coolant color and lighting effects without significant distortion.

Advantages

This acrylic glass tube combines dimensional stability with optical clarity, making routing and presentation of coolant lines straightforward. The 1.6 cm diameter balances flow capacity and compact routing in small- to mid-size PC cases. As a rigid tube, it resists kinking and maintains shape under clamps and fittings, while the transparent finish enables easy inspection for sediment or air bubbles.

Suitable for

• Custom desktop PC liquid cooling loops
• Showcase builds where coolant visibility is desired
• Systems using compression fittings and hardline components
• Repairs or replacements of existing acrylic coolant lines

Key specifications

• Material: acrylic glass (rigid)
• Outer diameter: 1.6 cm
• Length: 60 cm
• Finish: transparent, clear
• Inner surface: smooth for reduced flow resistance

How to use

Measure and mark the required length, then cut the tube with an appropriate hardline cutting tool to ensure a square, burr-free edge. Deburr and polish the cut ends if necessary for a precise seal. Install using compatible compression fittings or hardline connectors, ensuring fittings are tightened to the manufacturer's recommended torque and that O-rings or seals are correctly positioned. Pressurize and leak-test the assembled loop before powering the computer to confirm secure connections and absence of leaks.

Recommendations

Store the tube flat or in gentle curvature to avoid permanent bends. Avoid exposure to aggressive solvents and prolonged direct sunlight to reduce the risk of discoloration or material stress. When bending is required, use appropriate fittings or pre-bent sections rather than forcing the acrylic, and perform a leak test after installation. Regularly inspect the tube for clouding or micro-cracks and replace if any damage is found.
