S/FTP kábel Cat.6a ROLINE 21.15.0882 300 m sivý

S/FTP Cable Cat.6a ROLINE 21.15.0882 is a 300 meter grey cable for structured building cabling, designed to support high-speed Ethernet and other network applications. The cable features 8 solid AWG23 conductors, foil shielding around each twisted pair and an overall tinned copper braid shield to reduce crosstalk and external interference while maintaining consistent impedance of 100 Ω.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction (shielded foil around each pair plus full braid) provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded cables. Solid AWG23 conductors ensure stable performance over permanent links and the 100 Ω impedance meets Cat.6a specifications. The 300 m box format is suitable for installation runs and reduces the need for frequent joins.

Suitable for

• Structured building cabling in offices, data centres, and server rooms
• 10 Gigabit Ethernet (up to Cat.6a channel specifications)
• High-bandwidth applications and low-latency networks

Key specifications

• Length: 300 m (box)
• Conductor: 8 solid copper wires, AWG23
• Pair shielding: aluminium foil around each pair (S/FTP)
• Overall shielding: tinned copper braid
• Impedance: 100 Ω
• Colour: Grey
• Brand / MPN: ROLINE 21.15.0882

How to use

Install the cable as part of a structured Cat.6a S/FTP cabling system, routing it in compliance with local installation standards and bend-radius requirements. Terminate the cable with compatible shielded Cat.6a connectors and keystone jacks, ensuring the braid and foil are properly connected to the connector shield to maintain overall shielding continuity. Test each link after installation to verify channel performance.

Recommendations

For best results in a Cat.6a S/FTP channel, use tested matching components such as shielded Cat.6a keystone jacks and shielded patch cables. The following combination was third-party tested (Attestation of Conformity No. 107549) in a 100 m two-connector channel: ROLINE S/FTP Cable Cat.6a Solid AWG23 (21.15.0881), ROLINE Cat.6a Shielded Keystone RJ-45 (26.11.0366), and ROLINE S/FTP Patch Cable Cat.6a (21.15.0865).
