Sada bitov Bosch Freehand Router Bit Sets 3-dielna pracovná dĺžka 6,5 cm priemer stopky 6 mm

The Freehand Router Bit Set, 3-Pieces by Bosch includes three bits in round, cylindrical and conical shapes designed for deburring and shaping in non-ferrous metals and wood. Each bit has a working length of 6.5 cm and a shank diameter of 6 mm. The set is suitable for precision freehand routing tasks and can be used with drill drivers at speeds between 1,000 and 3,000 rpm.

Advantages

The set provides three complementary profiles (round, cylindrical, conical) to cover a variety of edge and contour operations. A 6 mm shank ensures compatibility with common drill chucks and drivers, while the specified working length gives adequate reach for shallow to medium-depth routing. Rated operating speeds (1,000–3,000 rpm) match typical drill-driver capabilities for controlled freehand work.

Key specifications

How to use

Install a bit securely in the drill driver chuck, ensuring the 6 mm shank is seated and tightened. Select a speed within the 1,000–3,000 rpm range appropriate for the material and task. Use steady, controlled freehand movements to deburr or shape edges, keeping light pressure and avoiding excessive feed that could overload the bit. Allow the bit to complete cuts without forcing; withdraw occasionally to clear chips and inspect the workpiece.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate eye and hand protection, clamp the workpiece when possible, and test on scrap material to set the correct speed and feed. Do not exceed the recommended rpm range and avoid applying heavy lateral loads to the bits to prolong tool life.
