Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheet set for Ø150 mm orbital sanders contains six abrasive discs in grits K60, K120 and K240. The set is intended for working on metal, wood and painted surfaces and covers coarse material removal through intermediate sanding to finer finishing. Discs are compatible with orbital sanders that accept 150 mm round, perforated sanding sheets.

Advantages

The Bosch Expert C470 sheets provide a progressive range of abrasiveness for efficient stock removal and smooth finishing. Perforated design allows dust extraction when used with compatible orbital sanders. The assortment of K60, K120 and K240 grits reduces the need to buy separate packs for different sanding stages and is suitable for both rough and fine surface preparation.

Suitable for

• Sanding metal surfaces and removing rust or paint
• Wood surface preparation and shaping
• Intermediate sanding between paint coats
• Final smoothing before finishing or varnishing

Use appropriate speed settings and even pressure to avoid gouging. Replace sheets when worn or clogged to maintain effective sanding performance.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection and hearing protection) and combine the perforated sheets with a sander that has dust extraction for cleaner and more efficient sanding. Store sheets flat and dry to preserve abrasiveness.
