Sada brúsnych kotúčov Bosch 150 mm 50 kusov 2608902453

Bosch sanding disc set with 150 mm diameter, 50 pieces is designed for use with compatible orbital and random-orbit sanders. The pack contains multiple abrasive discs intended for wood, painted surfaces and filler preparation, enabling extended work on large surfaces without frequent interruptions. Discs deliver consistent abrasive performance across repainting, surface leveling and smoothing tasks.

Advantages

The set offers a full supply of identical 150 mm discs to reduce downtime during larger projects. Abrasive material and backing are made to ensure reliable attachment to hook-and-loop sanding pads and even wear for consistent results. The variety in grit options included in the pack provides flexibility for coarse material removal and fine finishing, supporting a predictable progression from rough sanding to final preparation.

Suitable for

• Sanding solid wood and wood-based panels
• Removing old paint and varnish
• Preparing fillers and putty for repainting
• Large-area smoothing and surface leveling
• Intermediate sanding between paint or lacquer coats

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Pack quantity: 50 pieces
• Compatibility: orbital and random-orbit sanders with 150 mm pads
• Abrasion type: general-purpose sanding for wood, paint and fillers
• Attachment system: hook-and-loop fastening to sanding pad

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task, starting with coarser grit for material removal and progressing to finer grit for smoothing and final preparation. Attach the disc to a 150 mm hook-and-loop sanding pad on a compatible orbital or random-orbit sander, ensure the machine is switched off when fitting, and inspect the disc for damage before use. Work with even pressure and overlapping passes to avoid gouging, and check the surface frequently to assess progress. Replace discs when abrasive performance diminishes or if the backing becomes damaged.

Recommendations

For best results, follow recommended safety practices: use appropriate dust extraction or a vacuum, wear eye protection and a dust mask, and secure the workpiece. When moving from coarse to fine grit, clean the surface of dust between steps to prevent contamination and achieve a uniform finish.
